I train on a daily basis employing the HIIT method, at PHIIT, F45 classes and in Top Power Gym, and hope to inspire my website followers to lead as active and healthy lifestyle as I do. After all, looking and feeling good undoubtedly brings positivity and energy into the other areas of one’s life.
My philosophy on work and fitness in general involves the promotion of pre-habilitation; that of preventing injury and illness through lifestyle choices. Through my work and the people I associate with in sport, I've seen conclusive proof that if one strives to be fit and healthy, recovering from an injury will also be that much faster and simpler.

Prehabilitation and rehabilitation
Prehabilitation and screening reduces the risk of obtaining a sports related injury through specialised exercises and training. Exercises are equipped to strengthen your proximal stabilises (core muscle group) and fine tune functional movement. All movements will then be adapted to your specific sport to avoid the possibility of an injury. With the basis of the prehabilitation exercises, if there is an existing injury the exercises would be configured into a therapeutic environment for optimal healing to take place before functional rehabilitation would take place. Once the injury is fully healed I would systematically introduce you back into function. R400 per hour including initial screening

Deep tissue massage helps to reduce muscle tension, release trigger points and improve blood flow amongst other benefits. Trigger points are well known causes of focal and referred pain which affects your posture and daily function. Post massage you will feel lighter and a better sense of movement. Blood flow will be restored, allowing t your muscles to recuperate back to full function faster.
