Welcome to the second workout in the AbStain series, hope the first one got those abs saying Hello!

The great thing with these exercises, is the fact that they can be done anywhere you want, no special equipment is required but yourself:)

10x elbow to knee

10x palm to palm (hips and knees at 90 degrees)

10x elbow to knee (opposite side)

10x palm to palm

5x plank rotations each side

30 seconds recovery

Repeat
