Final Games 19.3 19.4 19.5

It has been a while since i have updated my journey through the Crossfit Games, but here we go

19.3 as taken from the Crossfit Games site

For time:
200-ft. dumbbell front-rack lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 5-in. elevated strict handstand push-ups
200-ft. bear crawl

50-lb. dumbbell, 24-in. box 
Time cap: 10 minutes

It was a rather fun workout as it combined strength as well as cardio, still rather tough as no one in the country, Qatar, has completed this workout.

Going onto 19.4 where I was 2 reps short of completing this workout. I should have gone a little bit harder but my fitness, technique and energy efficiency was not on my side this night.

For total time:
3 rounds of:
  10 snatches
  12 bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
  10 chin-over-bar pull-ups
  12 bar-facing burpees

Men snatch 65 lb., may step over bar on the burpees
Time cap: 12 minutes

Rather tough, but definitely manageable

And then finally 19.5 the last and quite tough. this workout i have managed to finish with time in hand. I knew the thrusters would kill me and that is exactly what happened. Again, if my technique and energy efficiency was on my side, my time would be much improved.

33-27-21-15-9 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Jumping pull-ups

Time cap: 20 minutes

I am looking forward to partaking in the next Games, but I definitely will be more, much more prepared.
