I’ve always been an advocate for exercise or training, whatever you like to call it, no matter what shape, size or age you are. Movement is vitally important for your body and if you look at it, your body is designed to move, not be in a sedentary position for long periods.
In the next video, I’ve had the opportunity to take a few cricket players through their paces with an outdoor HIIT workout. They are generally active but this took an extra toll on them, but they came out in one piece.
