What I love about HIIT workouts is the fact that you can take the workout at your own pace even though the clock is ticking. The ultimate goal is to get as many reps as possible with great form though, but the fact remains, you are still moving your body rather than leading a sedentary lifestyle.
In this little workout, which I thought would be manageable, my aim was to engage the fast twitch muscle fibres or use most of the bigger muscle groups.
Lets go through the workout:
Tabata style: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
5 rounds of
Hand clap push ups
Bear crawls for 5 meters forward and back
